Clarktoberfest Volunteer Registration Form

THANK YOU for registering as a volunteer. We appreciate your time and look forward to working with you to make this event the best ever! The questions below will help us make the best use of your skills and preferences. This is an ALL volunteer event and the biggest FUNdraiser for the year. All proceeds go back into bringing more events to Clarkdale.

Volunteers are needed for these jobs:

Setup:

Install rope designating the alcohol barriers
Place signs
Set up chairs, tables, trash containers, and tents
Set up ticket tables
Set up beer bar
Assist vendors as needed
Help set up sound system

Work the event:

Beer servers (Must have AZ title 4 cert)
Sell tickets / check id's / apply wrist bands
Clean tables and tidy the event grounds
Empty trash and take to dumpster

After the event:

Stack chairs and tables
Remove ropes and signs
Empty trash
Break down tents
Break down beer bar
Overall tear down and cleanup

If we can get muliple people to work the tasks, then we can have backup support so that everyone can have some fun and enjoy the party!
