I hereby agree, as a condition of participating in the OKTOBERFEST CAR SHOW event, that I am participating for my own pleasure and will be fully responsible for my car and passengers while at this event. l, therefore, release the American Legion Post 135 and its Auxiliaries (Cornville, Arizona), Galpin RV Center, their assignees, officers and agents, and their successors from any and all liability by any act, thing or event that may occur during the holding of this event. I further agree that my car will be operated by a licensed driver and that driver will comply with all applicable provisions of the Arizona Vehicle Code and that my automobile is fully equipped in accordance with the Vehicle Codes of the licensing state.
