Welcome to Swanky Paws Dog Training! Choosing to invest in your dog's future is an excellent decision.

We can't wait to help your dog realize his fullest potential and to see your relationship flourish.

During training, your dog may be in close proximity to other animals and there will be activities that may present risks for owners and animals, including but not limited to: interactions with other dogs, fast walking over uneven terrain, and your pet's own behavior. Every reasonable effort will be made to ensure the safety of pets and owners during training sessions.
By signing this agreement, you release Swanky Paws Pet Spa, Swanky Paws, Inc., Barbara Horrobin, Gina Rutter, Jessica Bailey, Destin Williamson, Ayriel Hayes, Magdalena Kozubek, and all other training associates, staff, and employees of Swanky Paws, Inc. from all liabilities both financial and otherwise. A full liability release is available in your client portal and is required for all training services including Group Classes, Private Training Sessions, Board and Train Sessions, and At-Home Training.
All training sessions require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a fee of 50% of the service. Please call Swanky Paws at 678-985-0005 to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Because emails are checked periodically throughout the day, email is not an ideal way to cancel your appointment. To avoid cancellation fees, call. Any appointments not canceled within the 24 hours minimum cancellation period will be charged full price. In case of scheduling difficulties due to illness or unforeseen events, remaining sessions may be held for up to 6 months from the original date of service. Prepaid sessions are not refundable or transferable.
Board and Train services require reservations. A 10% deposit will be charged at the time of reservation. The balance of reserved services must be paid at drop-off.
Dogs participating in our Board and Train Program may incur additional charges during their stay for food, equipment, bathing, or other services as deemed necessary by the training team. All charges will be added to your balance to be paid upon pickup.
In order for your pet to progress, regular at-home reinforcement by the pet owner is required. The minimum required homework in order to reach your pet's goals will be 2 fifteen-minute sessions daily. Your dog needs these regular at-home practice sessions in order to succeed. Lack of daily homework will hinder progress and may result in the need for more lessons. Swanky Paws Dog Training is not responsible for training outside of class. We are happy to help by providing detailed homework instructions.
Swanky Paws Dog Training makes no guarantee of results. Every dog is different, and while we have great success with most pets, there are some cases which must be referred to veterinarians or other outside professionals. We will make every effort to help your pet be successful inside the scope of his abilities, but reserve the right to refuse to continue training if we deem it detrimental to his well-being.
