CSAR would be required to deploy in all types of weather conditions and terrain. Volunteers can see deceased or injured persons.

Release and Waiver of Liability 
This waiver covers all training, searches and Cincinnati Search and Recovery Unit activities. 
It is valid from August 1, 2022 – end of time.

I hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue the Cincinnati Search and Recovery Unit, land owners where we are training or searching, and any of the officers, servants, agents and employees of the above mentioned entities (herein referred to as RELEASEES), for any liability, claim and/or cause of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, including death, that occurs as a result of my participation in the above-described in the above mentioned activities. 
 
I agree to indemnity and hold harmless the RELEASEES, whether injury is caused by my negligence, the negligence of the RELEASEES, or the negligence of any third party. I further agree that this Release and Waiver of Liability shall bind the members of my family and spouse if I am alive, and my heirs, assigns and personal representative. If I am deceased, this deems as a RELEASE, WAIVER, DISCHARGS AND 
COVENATN NOT TO SUE the above named RELEASEES. I HEREBY FURTHER AGREEE THAT THIS RELEASE AND Waiver of Liability shave be construed in accordance with the laws OF the state in which I am participating in a search or training. 
 
By signing the Release and Waiver of Liability, I state that I have read and understand the conditions set forth in the Release and the I agree to all the conditions set forth herein and that I sign this voluntarily. is Release and Waiver of Liability.
