    Hi! Welcome to our request form!
    This will act like an online consultation, so we better understand your tattoo vision from the beginning. Please take some time and fill out as much as you can while being as detailed as possible, as it'll help us understand your vision better.

    Once this form is submitted, we'll reach out to discuss further. We work as a appointment only private studio so we’ll get back to you as soon as when we can.

  • Shop Rate:

    At this time our shop minimum is one hour. Rate per hour is $180. (Unless you want pre-priced flash by the artist.)

  • Deposit Policy:

    After officially booking an appointment a $50-$100 deposit must be made.Deposits are received by the artists and go towards the total price of your tattoo. This is a commitment to the tattoo, as the artist will be putting in time for preparation.

    ****** A deposit will be void if: ******

    - You do not show up to your appointment.
    - You are more than 15 minutes late without notifying your artist.
    - You cancel or reschedule with less than 24hrs notice.
    - You have needed to reschedule 2 or more times.
    - The area being tattooed is sunburned.
    - If you no call no show, you may lose rescheduling privileges.
