IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:

• Videographer must be at ceremony location 40mins before the ceremony.

This is to allow suffient time to load camera equipment into venue, set up multiple cameras and audio equipment.
Videographer will need to leave final prep location (40 mins & appropriate travel time) to ceremony venue. Otherwise ceremony events might be missed. Please plan anything you would like filmed at prep to take this into consideration (e.g getting into dress before we leave, etc)

• Videographer needs 30 mins directly after ceremony to pack up equipment and load back out of venue

• Final timeline of events will be finialised at our appointment. This will usually be around a month before the wedding, and a final scedule for videographer will be emailed to you to confirm.

• Finishing times policy. Please note we will stay until the end of speeches or first dance, depending on what is booked. However we cannot stay later than 9pm for speeches, or 10:30pm for first dance.

• A final price will be manually verified from this booking form and a 200 eur deposit will be required. Payment methods for deposit will be given once booking details are finalised.
