A. Photo Release
I hereby give to Raw Figs Pop-Up LLC and approved associates the absolute and irrevocable right and permission with respect to the photographs/videos that he/she has taken of myself in which he/she may be included with others:
1) The unrestricted right and permission to copyright and use, re-use, publish, and republish photographic/video portraits or pictures of me or in which I may be included intact or in part, composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or transformations in conjunction with my own or a fictitious name, or reproduction hereof in colour or otherwise, made through any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, social, advertising, trade, or any other purpose whatsoever if it does not contradict section B(3).
2) I also permit the use of any printed material in connection therewith if it does not contradict section B(3).
3) I hereby relinquish any right that I may have to examine or approve the completed productor products or the advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in conjunction therewith or the use to which it may be applied if it does not contradict section B(3).
B. Model Rights and Responsibilities
1) Equality
Open Figure Drawing is an equal-opportunity employer. Models have a right to fair and equal treatment, regardless of religion, age, gender, or sexual preference.
2) Nudity
Models for unclothed drawing sessions have the right to wear some clothing, if their circumstances require it. During break, models must clothe themselves.
3) Photography
Models have the right to refuse photo release. Especially if images are used inappropriately for pornagraphic purposes or if images expose the model's identity or full frontal body parts and/or genitalia.
4) Privacy
Models have a right to privacy. Open Figure Drawing will not release models’ personal information (name or contact without consent. The group will ask models’ permission before sharing information with other artists and coordinators in need of models.
5) Storage
Models have a right to a safe storage place for their clothing and belongings during drawing sessions.
6) Schedule and Payment
Drawing sessions are 1.5 hrs long and will be posing for 84 mins. Models have a right to prompt payment of $125 at the end of the drawing session. Open Figure Drawing will not postpone payment.
7) Environment
Models have a right to a clean, comfortable, and safe work environment. Open Figure Drawing will cover windows, provide heaters or fans, provide an area for changing, and not allow noxious art materials.
8) Comfort
Models have a right to refrain from unduly difficult poses, and to break from poses that become unexpectedly difficult. Open Figure Drawing urges models to speak up about any undue discomfort, and to make the necessary adjustments. Hosts will be responsible for timing poses, and will keep poses to the agreed upon time (2 x 2mins, 2 x 5 mins, 2 x 10 mins, 1 x 15 mins, 1 x 20 mins). Models may also keep time.
9) Respect
Models have the right to respect and courtesy. Open Figure Drawing will eject people who disrespect or humiliate the model.
10) Booking & Cancellation
Models must start on time. Tardiness of more than 15 minutes from scheduled time will cancel the booking. Otherwise, bookings are guaranteed. If Open Figure Drawing cancels a session, models are still entitled to payment.
C. Liability
Raw Figs Pop-Up LLC is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Models(s) will be responsible for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person(s) or their business.
