  •  Stallholders - Application Form

    If you would like to participate in the upcoming Mayors Family Picnic please fill out the expressions of interest form below.

    Please note that by completing this form, it does not confirm your participation in the market, it is only an expression of interest.

    All successful applicants will be notified via email.

    $90 per market site

    Stallholders will be required to provide their own marquee however marquee hire is available at an additional fee.

     

  • Stall holders conditions 

    1. Stallholders are responsible for providing their own marquee and equipment, limited marquees are available for hire if required.
    2. The standard site size is 3m x 3m
    3. If power is required, stallholders MUST supply their own generators (Must be quiet generators) 
    4. All stallholders must have their own public liability insurance to the minimum cover of $10,000,000 to attend the market.  A copy of insurance certificate is required once application is approved.
    5. Payment for market site is required prior to the event, fees are not refundable for any stallholder once payment is made unless exceptional circumstances as approved by the event organisers.
    6. In the event that the market is cancelled by the event organiser, stallholder payments will be refunded.
