We are updating our files of our current rosters. If interested, we will be asking for samples / talent information details about your work from home recording setup.
NOTE: This form will ask you to upload audio files, a valid I.D., and will ask for a photo of your BIR Service Invoice (or your TIN ID if you do not have an invoice) for uploading.
