    Special Interest Groups must wait to receive approval of this form from Senate before moving forward with club activities. Major Organizations may begin club activities at any time during the semester.
  • Once this form is submitted and approved, you have 30 days to meet with your Program Coordinator and, if needed, complete both Event Planning Training and Budget Training. More information will be sent to you upon approval of this form.
