The Arts Council of Wayne County's Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Artists/attendees may cancel at any time. However, in order to receive a full refund you must:
a) Cancel at least 72 hours before the specified class.
b) Have your spot filled by another artist/attendee for the specified class.
**The Arts Council of Wayne County purchases supplies specifically for the number of artists/attendees.**
You will not receive a full refund if you:
a) No show.
b) Cancel after the "72-hour rule."
c) Your spot is not filled by another artist/attendee for the specified class.
The Arts Council of Wayne County's Rescheduling Policy:
The Arts Council of Wayne County reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class at any point in time for any reason. However, the professionals of The Arts Council of Wayne County, staff and instructors, will strive to only do so under extreme circumstances such as:
a) Extreme weather such as hurricanes, tornado watches, ice storms, and the like.
b) Instructors or vital parties are ill and need to quarantine.
c) Facility becomes unsafe for instructors, vital parties, and artists/attendees.
d) Low enrollment.
