Abuse Prevention & Screening Certification
Our liability insurance company requires that all chapter advisors review the Utah FFA Abuse Prevention & Reporting Manual and forms annually. Please complete the acknowledgement form (one per advisor) and the screening certification (can include all advisors in your chapter). The certification form is to verify that you have had a background check and some sort of Abuse Prevention Training at your school (district).
