Please follow these guidelines to ensure your event is published CORRECTLY.
IMPORTANT: event will NOT be published correctly if directions below are not folled thoroughly.
RULES:
1. Only one event per ministry is allowed PER WEEK.
2. Young Adult Events ONLY.
3. Posts are monitored and subject to approval. We screen every event and delete or conserve posts at all times and in a timely manner.
3. Events that are prohibited:
X Online Stores
X Merchandise
X Fundraisers
X No events unrelated to Catholic Young Adult Gatherings. This is important when submitting a post.
X Parish Festivals
X RCIA programs
X Youth Events ( only events ages- 18+)
X Mass/ Livestream Mass
X Online Events videos or teachings
If rules are not followed, you will be temporarily suspended.
Instructions:
1. Please Fill out all fields as completely as possible.
A. Note: information provided will be visible to visitors. Information contained within your submission cannot be changed once submitted. Please double check the information you provided to ensure event is published correctly.
2. For event description:
A. Please do not include emojis as they will not appear once your event is posted
3. Do not attempt to upload your event cover photo directly from your device. To upload your event cover photo, follow the instructions below:
NOTE: Image can only be uploaded via desktop.
1. Begin with uploading your image to your Facebook or Instagram account.
2. Once your event has been uploaded to social media, with your mouse right-click on your event cover photo, and click on Copy Image Address.
3. Once link is copied, submit link into Event Cover Photo Link section below.
