Pause Form

We are always happy to pause your account when you are unable to come to the studio.

Here are a couple of things that you need to know about pauses:

-> The system does not allow overdue accounts to be paused
-> We can not apply indefinite pauses. We need an end date for your pause period
-> There is no retrospective pausing (i.e. pauses cannot be back dated)
-> We require at least 1-2 weeks notice
-> Minimum pause period is 1 week
-> there is a $10 system fee for your pause no matter the length of time
-> In any 12-month period you may freeze your Membership for up to 6 weeks
