Customers are encouraged to check & export the final artwork as print-ready format.
Artwork Amendment / Converting Artwork to Printable Format
Artwork files that are NOT print-ready will be subjected to an artwork amendment fee of $10 which does not include the following:
- Artwork revision (all layout will be done according to customer's draft).
- Recreation of any design for the artwork (all logos are to be provided by customer).
- Sourcing of any image for the artwork (all images are to be provided by customer).
How Do You Prepare Your Artwork File?
- We accept artwork in the following formats: .ai / .eps / .psd / .tiff / .pdf / .png / .jpeg
- Ensure all the texts are outlined.
- Embed all links in the artwork before saving the file.
- Images used in the artwork must have a resolution of 300DPI.
- For stickers, a cut line should be included around your design to tell us exactly how it should be cut.
- All colour artwork and/or images must be provided in CMYK format.
- Please provide at least 3mm bleed (all edges) for the artwork.
