Hillcrest Academy's Home and School is a member of the Quebec Federation of Home and School Associations (QFHSA), an independent, incorporated, not for profit volunteer organization dedicated to enhancing the education and general well-being of children and youth.
The QFHSA promotes the involvement of parents, students, educators and the community at large in the advancement of learning and acts as a voice for parents. They support local associations with workshops, lobbying the government concerning educational issues, presents briefs to the government and keeps us connected as a network with the QFHSA Newsletter which is delivered to you by email regularly throughout the year.
Becoming a member gives you the right to vote at the meetings, receive the Quebec Federation of Home and School Associations (QFHSA) newsletter and support the QFHSA, which as an independent, incorporated, not-for-profit volunteer organization dedicated to enhancing the education and general well-being of children and youth, promotes the involvement of parents, students, educators and the community at large in the advancement of learning and acts as a voice for parents. Your voice counts!
Please keep in mind that you don’t have to be a member in order to volunteer or attend HAHSA meetings…although being a member is a sure way for you to be able to have a say in HAHSA activities and funds allocations.
