You will need to scan the following documents before proceeding with the application process:

- Proof of income of parent(s) AND/OR an affidavit if either are unemployed

- Testimonials from school & Imaam

You will not be able to submit this form unless you have attached the required documents.

SECTION G: GENERAL DECLARATION
1) I will devote my time to my studies as long as I am a member of the SANZAF Bursary Programme.2) I will apply to other bursars for funding.3) I will send my examination results and fees statements to SANZAF every semester.4) I will participate in the programmes and activities organised by SANZAF, e.g. youth camps, community outreach programmes, seminars, workshops, etc.5) I will try to assist in the development of my community and country after I qualify.6) Upon my graduation, I will participate in the SANZAF Graduates Association.7) My parent(s) / guardian(s) / spouse are not in a financial position to support my education.8) I understand that I am applying for a Zakah bursary.9) I understand that the funding allocated is specifically towards my Tertiary fees.
