This form is designed to help you define, and the Office of Strategic Communications and Marketing (SCM) learn more about, your project goals and requirements. This form is specifically tailored for new print marketing materials, advertising, and digital initiatives as well as updates to existing marketing communications.

Please provide a project lead time of 4 to 6 weeks when requesting a project. If a project is submitted outside of the specified lead time, completion by the desired date cannot be guaranteed.
