LEADER FEEDER APPLICATION
LEADER FEEDERS is a program for Cadette (7th and 8th grade), Senior and Ambassador Girl Scouts to give service to Girl Scouts Heart of Michigan volunteers and increase their leadership skills by "feeding" participants at large events.

GIRLS WILL:
- Have fun!
- Complete a food safety training
- Plan and prepare a menu
- Gain cooking skills
- Learn commercial kitchen practices
- Gain hostess skills
- Meet and work with other girls from across Michigan
Specific knowledge, skills, attitudes, behaviors, and values girls will get:
- Strong sense of self
- Critical thinking skills
- Cooperative learning and team building
- Practical life skills
- Develop healthy relationships
- Resourceful problem solving
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a Girl Scout Cadette (7th or 8th grade)/Senior/Ambassador and willing and able to attend the training session and Volunteer Boot Camp weekend (from start to finish). Must be willing to work with girls in their patrol to plan, prepare, serve and clean up meals and be able to arrange own transportation. Must apply individually, this is not a troop activity.

$70 program fee. (Once you are accepted to the program, you will be sent a link to pay for the program.)
