MII Fundraising Database
The information you submit will be made available to investors within MII’s Investor Database. MII will direct accredited and institutional investors to view this information. Investors interested in participating in your fundraising round may reach out via the contact information you provide. This form will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. It will ask you to report on your current fundraising round, the type of financing you are seeking, target investor type, fundraising history, and related information. Every answer you submit will be publicly available unless noted in the question. We will request updates to the fundraising database three times per year.
