  • By completing this form, I am submitting an appointment request. In response, I will receive an email/text with an appointment time and date option(s). Your appointment in salon will begin with a 15 minute full consultation to refine the plan for service. Generally, new guests are able to be seen within 2-3 weeks of appointment submission request, but guests with limited availability may have to wait up to 12 weeks to be seen.

    Late arrivals and Cancellations: Please arrive promptly to your appointment time. Always consider the possibility of traffic and delays outside of your control. If you are more than 10 minutes late, I am unable to provide your service to its full quality and will need to reschedule to a later date.

     I value you and your time. Because I do not overbook my schedule, I reserve time specifically for you. I have a 48 hour (2 full days) cancellation policy. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, a $60 cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file. Please understand, if a guest forgets to cancel or reschedule their appointment I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment with a guest on my waitlist. 

    All "NO-SHOW" appointments will be charged 100% of the service total and will no longer be considered for any future appointments.Thank you for understanding.
