Annual Parish Stewardship Rate Form

The Parish Stewardship Rate is a tuition discount created to support families committed to raising their children in the Catholic faith and actively participating in our parish community. To qualify as a parish steward, families must meet the criteria outlined below. This program is available to all registered parishioners applying to St. Francis of Assisi Preschool, The Franciscan School, and Cardinal Gibbons.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE PARISH STEWARDSHIP RATE:
1. Registered parishioners
2. Attend Sunday Mass regularly
3. One adult baptized Catholic or initiated through RCIA (OCIA) process
All children above age 8 must be baptized in the Catholic Church
4. Your household has an activated account in Realm. Click HERE to activate your
account in Realm if you haven’t done so already.
5. Active participation at St. Francis of Assisi Church/Parish Church community -
volunteering time and talent in support of the parish’s ministry areas.
6. Regular, identifiable financial support to the parish through contributions of at
least $100 per month, or an amount commensurate with your means, via Faith
Direct or church envelopes. (New requirement for 2025 and moving
forward.)

HOW TO APPLY FOR THE PARISH STEWARD TUITION RATE:
1. Fill out the Annual Parish Stewardship Rate Form, required every year for
TFS K-8 and Preschool families. If families have children in more than one
schools (Preschool or TFS), only one form needs to be completed which
includes information for all participating children.

2. If applying to Cardinal Gibbons you must fill out their Parish Affiliation Form
found on the Cardinal Gibbons website. (see their website)

3. If the child was baptized, please upload the baptismal certificate below.
Baptismal certificates may be obtained from the parish where the sacrament was
administered—the parish of record. Submission of the certificate is required only
once, not annually, for children aged 8 and above.

4. This form is intended solely for St. Francis of Assisi parish families applying for
the Parish Steward Rate at St. Francis of Assisi Preschool and The Franciscan
School. Individuals who are NOT registered parishioners at St. Francis of
Assisi and seek consideration for the Catholic Rate need to use the Parish
Affiliation form. (Parish Affiliation FORM)
