    Please use the below form to apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or Recognition of Prior Experience (RPE) for the PHRM Training Program. 
  • Gender
  • Are you a trainee or Fellow of ACEM, ACRRM, ANZCA, CICM or RACGP? (If no, the application cannot proceed)*
  • If Fellow, are you an active participant in the CPD program related to your speciality, including activities directly relevant to PHRM*
  • Was the training and/or experience that forms the basis of this application completed in the past 5 years? (If no, the application cannot proceed)*
  • Do you hold current general medical registration with the MBA or MCNZ? (If no, the application cannot proceed)*

  • Applicants must be a trainee or Fellow of ACEM, ACRRM, ANZCA, CICM or RACGP. For any further information, please contact the PHRM team at phrm@acem.org.au.
