Blackwell Beauty Policies— I understand that emergencies happen and you may need to cancel or reschedule. I kindly ask that you give a minimum of 48 hours notice of any changes. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. If you are expecting to run late by 10 minutes or more to your appointment please call/text me ASAP! Anything beyond 15 minutes may be considered a no-show and subject to a fee of 100% of the scheduled service. Accomodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting other appointments scheduled that day. Please be aware that in the unfortunate event that you are 15+ mins late, I cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day or performed in full.
