  • Cost and Invoicing for the Event:

  • The current range for a presentations is:

    • $500-$1,000 for up to 2 hours*
    • $1,000-$2,500 for a half day*
    • $3,000-$5,000 for a full day

    Final booking cost will be based upon the information provided in this intake form and a conversation with the primary contact person/client for this event. Once a rate agreement is reached, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the agreed rate will be required to confirm the booking. The balance of that cost will be due 48 hours before the time of the presentation. The client will be sent, by email, options for making payment at the time of rate agreement.
