PA Museums Conference Session Proposal Form

PA Museums invites you to submit a session proposal for our 2026 Statewide Museum Conference. The conference will take place in Centre County, April 20, 2026 at the Wyndam Garden State College.
The deadline to submit proposals is December 12, 2025.

Sessions can be between 30 minutes and 60 minutes in length.

Please allow time for Q&A in your session.

Only complete submissions will be reviewed. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.

Decisions regarding the selection of sessions will be e-mailed to the session chair/contact person in January 2026.

PA Museums does not provide honorariums or travel reimbursement for session presenters or moderators.

We plan to be as flexible as we can with proposals. If you need accommodations, let us know by emailing rusty.baker@pamuseums.org.
