PA Museums Conference Session Proposal Form

PA Museums invites you to submit a session proposal for our 2027 Statewide Museum Conference. The conference will take place in Carlisle, PA, April 11-12, 2027.
The deadline to submit proposals is November 15, 2026.

Please allow time for Q&A in your session.

Only complete submissions will be reviewed. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.

Decisions regarding the selection of sessions will be e-mailed to the session chair/contact person in January 2027.

PA Museums does not provide honorariums or travel reimbursement for session presenters or moderators. Conference registration fees will be waived for presenters on the day of their presentation.

We plan to be as flexible as we can with proposals. If you need accommodations, let us know by emailing rusty.baker@pamuseums.org.
