Important Event Information: Hemptober will be held rain or shine. Event begins at 12:00pm on October 8, 2022. Booth setup begins at 8:00am. Booths must be completed no later than 11:30am. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of their booths. If you cannot arrive and set up before 11:30am, you forfeit your deposit and will not be allowed to participate this year.
Booths are secured with your payments. Vendor fees are accepted by Venmo @ReCrafted, Cash app $Skyworld, checks made payable to "Smokin Joes", or cash paid at the Skyworld Shop in the back of Smokin Joes.
Food vendors must provide all food and heating equipment. All food carts will be subject to inspection by the local health department and must provide permit for approval.
I, the undersigned, agree to the terms of this application and agree to hold harmless Smokin Joes, ReCrafted Event Planning and/or employees of both entities for any damage to persons or property from my participation in this event.
