What is the make and/or model of the products? Pool tables usually have a brand or label on the top of one end rail. Shuffleboard playfields often have some sort of branding. You can also look under the products to see if there are any markings. If you don't know make or model, please tell us where it was purchased. *
Dimensions:

In the next section, we will need to determine the length and width of any products needing service. Most games, including shuffleboard tables, are measured from outside edge to outside edge. For pool tables, measure the length and width of the playing surface (this is the clothed area also known as the playfield):
- Using a measuring tape, measure from the tip of one cushion nose to the tip of the opposite cushion nose.
- You should find that the length will be double the width.
- For example, if the width is 44 inches and the length is 88 inches, you have an 8-foot pool table.
