This in-depth training teaches you how to safely and confidently facilitate an in-person or on-line TRE® (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) session for individuals and groups, and how to develop and support an ongoing practice for clients and students. In addition to the core curriculum, which is required by TRE For All, Inc. (TFA), this course also includes advanced TFA-approved content not covered in many TRE® Provider certification programs.

TRE® Provider

Certified to teach TRE® to individuals and groups, in-person and on-line.

Most students complete the certification coursework within 1 year from the start of training. Trainees may finish the program no earlier than 10 months from program start and must complete program no later than 18 months after beginning the training.

Two practicum periods between Modules

• Training sessions during the practicum period are held on-line via Zoom.
• Dates for practicum work are scheduled by the student.
• At least 40 hours total, usually more, depending on study habits.

1 - Payment in full: $3,300. Includes all class time and 18 individual training sessions. Save $200 over pay-by-Module.

Module 1: $1,450. Includes Module 1 classes, 4 practicum training sessions, and coursework reviews.

Module 2: $2,050. Includes Module classes, 8 practicum training sessions, coursework reviews, and final competency exam.

Depending on your learning style and proficiency, additional training sessions may be needed to achieve required competencies before advancing to the next stage of training or for final certification. Supplemental training sessions are $150 each.

Other required materials and fees for training: $230 or less. These include videos, books, and registration fees to TRE For All, Inc.

Internet access and a Zoom account are required for this program.  Practicum work requires you to record your practice-teaching sessions and transfer them via the web. 

• Attendance at all Module workshops. There is no on-line option for Modules.

• Achieve all required competencies needed to become a TRE® Provider within the time frame dictated by your learning plan.
