WITHDRAWING FROM YOUR STUDIES
Students who wish to withdraw are required to notify Kenvale College in writing by completing and submitting this form.
Additional Information for International Students
International students must have completed at least 6 months of their principal/main course to be eligible to apply for Change of provider. Students must provide evidence of enrolment (such as a lettter of offer) at another provider to suppport their request (upload below). All outstandng fees must be paid. If it is rejected the student has the right to appeal by completing the Complaints and Appeals form.
If a student is to return offshore , they must provide evidence of their intention to return permanently to their home country.
The withdrawal application and assessment fee is $500.00, for payment details please see below. Please note that once a candidate completes this form and pays the applicable fees, there are no refunds available (regardless of the outcome). All fees must be paid PRIOR to any actions being taken or applications will not be considered.
Additional Information for Domestic Students
Kenvale College will take action to withdraw students from study where:
- a student has not demonstrated participation and/or attendance in their study on a regular basis. Kenvale College will attempt to contact a student to determine their status of continuing enrolment or withdrawal from their studies. Kenvale College will assist a student to re-commence studies, however if no response is received within the times specified, action will be taken to withdraw/close the enrolment.
- a student cannot demonstrate competency in all applicable practical/theory/workplace components of study. Kenvale College is under no obligation to offer repeat attempts at a Unit of Competency or continue an enrolment where competency is not demonstrated.
Withdrawal effective date is when the student provides formal notification to Kenvale College of their intention to withdraw or on the date of staff-initated withdrawal.
