The BOMA Foundation has allocated a portion of the J. Michael Coleman Scholarship Fund to award scholarships to emerging professionals seeking to obtain the Certified Manager of Commercial Properties (CMCP) certification. Scholarship applicants must be BOMA members OR provide evidence that their supervisor, company, or building is a member of BOMA International. Preference will be given to early-career property managers and to those whose experience and education background are most likely to meet the CMCP exam requirements.

Option 1 - The CMCP exam is administered by the Commercial Real Estate Certification Institute (CRECI). By signing below and submitting this application you acknowledge that being awarded a CMCP scholarship by the BOMA Foundation does not guarantee that your application for the CMCP Exam will be accepted by CRECI (www.creci.org). You must meet all CMCP exam eligibility requirements. If applying for Scholarship Option 1, your scholarship will be issued as a reimbursement after you’ve passed the exam. If applying for Option 2, your scholarship will be issued as a reimbursement after you have purchased the Prep Course. You also understand that scholarship reimbursements must be submitted within two-years from the date of acceptenace of the award or would be forfeited.
