By signing below and submitting this application you acknowledge that scholarship awardees will be provided with a complimentary conference registration but are responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements. Awardees are required to attend the entire conference (Saturday – Tuesday), provide feedback to conference organizers on the experience, and share a testimonial that can be used to promote future conferences. The $1000 USD award will be provided to the awardee after the conference.
