The scholarship awards registration to attend BOMA International's Annual Conference and $1000 USD to be used toward other costs (travel, hotel etc.). Awardees are also invited to an exclusive Future Leaders networking reception. Applications to attend the 2026 BOMA International Annual Conference are due no later than March 27, 2026.

A letter of recommendation from my employer explaining why I am being recommended for the scholarship and should include specific achievements that have led to the recommendation, and confirmation that I meet the definition of an emerging professional. By signing below and submitting this application you acknowledge that scholarship awardees will be provided with a complimentary conference registration but are responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements.

Additionally, successful applicants will be required to:
- To attend the entire conference (Saturday – Tuesday).
- Follow the timeline and deliverables in the Recipient Roadmap (to be provided).
- Attend the Zoom introductory meeting pre-conference.
- Participate in the Community Service Event held on the Expo floor.
- Meet with assigned mentor during ONE DAY of the Annual Conference.
- Complete a testimonial of one’s experience by July 13, 2026.
The $1000 USD award will be mailed to the awardee after the conference.
