Hey there! Im so excited you're interested in having a service done be me. In order to provide you with the best experience possible, this form is required to be submitted before an appointment can be booked. Please read the following BEFORE filling out the questionnaire. I work independently within a studio space so my schedule can book up quite quickly, I am very accommodating and I strive to ensure if you cant have your first pick of appointments your next choice will be prioritized. I specialize in luxurious, customized, and dimensional hair color for that lived in look. Aswell as all things colorful (vivids/rainbow hair) and color corrections. Id love to make those hair goals a reality! Before we set up an appointment, I need some of the following information from you so our consultation can focus on all the details! As I have never done your hair before, service appointments can take anywhere from 2-4 hours for coloring. My availability is on an alternating schedule, thus the days vary each week from 9am-9pm. (The last available evening appointment being around 6pm-7pm)
