Requirements:

Deposit for all units for one week is $100 (CASH OR CHECK ONLY) anytime afterwards will require an additional $100. $100 non-refundable reservation fee

Proof of insurance on towing vehicle (must be faxed by insurance provider) (888) 398-0525
Minimum age is 25 years old for all trailer rentals. Renter must own towing vehicle.
Renter is responsible for all tolls incurred during time of rental.
Renters must provide a major credit card (debit cards are not accepted)
Customers must ensure all proper hookups for trailer lights & brake controllers are working properly before arriving at the dealership. There will be a $25 minimum charge for any work completed on a customer vehicle. If you are unsure, please visit the dealership before your scheduled pickup day & we will test your vehicle free of charge.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer. Rental will be denied if the towing vehicle does not meet all safety requirements.
A brake controller is required to rent any trailer that has braking axle or axles unless otherwise stated. Required 12V Power at rear of towing vehicle for brake axles. Indiana Trailer Sales can either install a brake controller for you or you can rent an external brake controller for $25.00.
Any loss or damage to this controller will be charged to the renter’s credit card on file.
Trailers are not permitted to leave the United States.
All rentals must be returned to Indiana Trailer Sales by the time noted on your invoice. Trailers arriving after this time will be considered late & subject to a late fee.
Customer understands that we do not have after hours drop off.
Should the customer elect to not follow this process they will be responsible for all damages or replacement of unit if it is stolen.
Customer also agrees to forfeit their entire deposit should they not follow the after-hours rules.
Customer understands they will not receive any refunds for returning the trailer prior to the timeframe listed on the contract.
Any and all damages is to be paid for by the renter.
A $45 cleaning charge will be assessed if the trailer is brought back excessively dirty.

If any of the following items are not returned or returned incomplete or damaged, the value noted will be charged to the credit card left on file. If the deposit is not enough to cover these items, the customer will be responsible for the remaining balance.
