  • Tournament Cancellation fee –

    If a team should have to cancel, Williams Lake Minor Hockey Association tournament cancellation policy is as follows:

     - $100 admin penalty (non-refundable) 

     

    If within 30 days of tournament date:

    - team replacement found - remainder of the tournament fee back to the team less the admin fee 

    - no team replacement found - forfeit of the full amount (due to association not being able to give back the ice 30 days before tournament schedule due to the City's policy)
