To qualify for a gift your child must be diagnosed with Down syndrome and be celebrating their 1st birthday. By filling out this form, you grant us permission to CELEBRATE LIFE with you as we share your child's birthday with Zion's Army! Our goal is to celebrate 120 babies this year (10 per month). Gifts are limited to the first 10 submissions of each month, so get your submissions in early! We can only ship in the USA as of right now, thanks for understanding.
