Appointment Booking

All COVID Vaccine Dose 1, 2, 3 and 4 patients are welcome to book an appointment.

Please discuss your COVID vaccination requirement with your GP. Also please read the relevant sections on the Department of Health and ATAGI websites before booking your COVID Vaccination.

Select your preferred date and time listed below. We only release appointments one week in advance. You will receive an email confirmation of your booked appointment.

Please note this Vaccine Clinic can NOT vaccinate children under 12yo. The Novavax and Astrazeneca vaccines are only recommended in adults over the age of 18yo. Please check your eligibility for Booster 3/4 Vaccinations with your GP or the ATAGI guidelines.

Bring your photo ID showing your Date of Birth and medicare card (if you have one) to the appointment. We are still able to vaccinate you if you do not have a medicare card, however please register on MyGov for an IHI number (see website).
