The Student Wellness (SW) Subsidy is a UP student support program that grants subsidies to students to cover a portion of the cost of the recommended professional help, medications, or treatment for their mental health issues or concerns. Kindly provide a brief description and feedback on how you utilized the SW Subsidy granted to you. The information will help the Student Affairs units determine after-care services. Your feedback will also help the University formulate interventions to enhance the program.
