"Where the HeArt Is"

Take-in FEB 3 10am - 1pm

Reception: FEB  8 with a 10% Sale of All Art

 

The show is named "Where the HeArt Is"", however you are not required to participate in any theme, it just is a benefit to you if you do.  All entries are welcome. (10% Sales OPT IN or OUT) the deadline was posted in the January 1 Brushmark and ends January 15th.

Important to know: Before submitting, clear your cached browser history 

Monthly Show: Up to 4 entries. All art must not be less than 9" and no larger then 60” measured on the diagonal. (1 large piece only is accepted). (Special shows may stipulate other requirements in the Prospectus).

Know your height and width (for the actual application), and diagonal measurement, to process your payment. We do not issue refunds.

Know the wiring requirements located in Item 5: Gallery - Policies, hosting, Calendar, Docs and Info on your Members Info Page. 

Enter the shows early: We can fill sooner than the deadline date. 

Hosting obligations: Schedule and coordinate with the Calendar Chair, or pay a substitute let the Calendar Chair, Ellen Cramer know.

If you did not get two emails verifying your entry, then you did not enter correctly Check all your "spam/junk" folders" and whitelist these emails. Do not assume it went through without seeing these auto return responses.

 

Waiver of Hold Harmless: Upon joining or renewing as a Member, you acknoweldged a Waiver of Hold Harmless that was included in your application process, and good for one year for entering art into the gallery and for other programs, unless we need anything additional, you will be notified.

All members should consider providing their own insurance.  COAL is not responsibile for damage to your artwork, and you further acknowledge that pictures and/or videos taken during COAL/NCAG programs, activities, and/or events may be used for future promotional or communication purposes on all social media platforms representing the COAL/NCAG.
