This authorization shall remain in effect for application review, underwriting, funding consideration, account servicing, renewal, and collection activities, as permitted by applicable law.
The applicant acknowledges and agrees that submission of this application and execution of the electronic signature constitutes a valid and binding authorization, equivalent in legal effect to an original handwritten signature.
