What would you like tattooed/where on the body/approximately how big are you thinking?
Please be descriptive in terms of style etc. Photo reference is VERY helpful for me. Please attach reference images of tattoos or illustrations and any notes (for instance, placement inspiration/color palette etc.) below. Reference images and accompanying notes are *very* useful to me in terms of understanding what you are trying to get tattooed! Please feel free to attach photos of tattoos I have done to illustrate what draws you to my work. **Please do not upload more than five photos to this form**, if you need to send additional reference images, I will let you know how to do so via email :)*

Do you have any other tattoos or significant scars in the same general area? *
Here is a place to upload a photo of the area you’d like to get tattooed. The most useful photos for me will be taken by someone else (NOT a selfie) at eye level with the area to be tattooed and in good/even lighting. Please ask someone else to take the photo for you (at eye level) as this will be the most useful reference for me to use!

If it seems like my work will be a good fit for your project, I will contact you on or November 6th to schedule a consultation (either by phone, or in person, depending on the project).
