Registration forms must be submitted through here or physically to the Front Desk by Tuesday, August 26th for adequate time to build teams for the Youth Fall Session. Winter and Spring Session will be accepted till further notice.

USBC Membership cards are to be completed at pre-registration time as well. USBC dues are a one-time fee of $10.00 & can only be paid in-person, in cash ONLY, no later than your second date of league bowling. This payment is forwarded by us to the Anthracite Valley USBC.

**ALL LEAGUE PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE IN CASH**

**Please give us 48 hours to recieve your application. You will then get a phone call/email from a Youth League Coordinator. Filling out the registration does NOT guarantee a spot on the league. A Youth League Coordinator will contact you directly about the placement of your child in the program. Registration is based on "First Come, First Serve" basis and available space. **
