  • Volunteer Information 

    Please provide the volunteer information based on the number of indiviudals you have signed up to help at this week's meet from YOUR TEAM only.

    If you do not have the required amount of volunteers, please contact your opposing team ASAP to see if they can help.  All volunteer positions should be filled PRIOR to the start of the meet. Any issues should be communicated to the League Adminstrator.

    • Official Requirement - Two (2) per team for six (6) lane pool, Three (3) per team for eight (8) lane pool, Two (2) per team for Tri-Team meet
    • Shadow Limitation - One (1) per veteran official per team.  
      • Officials may shadow up to two (2) meets.
      • If no Shadow Officials, type N/A

  • Once your entry is submitted, it is final. There are no adjustments. Entries are due by 11:59pm the Friday before your meet.

    If there is an error, or someone is sick and will miss the meet, please adjust prior to meet start once both teams have arrived. 

    All changes MUST BE SENT to the League Administrator prior to the start of the meet as an FYI.
