  • FINANCIAL INFORMATION

    This is a fill in the blank format based on our rate agreement. A 50% retainer holds the date/time for you with the signed contract. The retainer is refundable up to 90 days prior to the event date. A Late Fee of $25 is due if not paid on time. You can pay via a secure credit card portal (I will send you the link for a Stripe payment) or we can handle finances on another secure platform like Zelle, or even an old fashioned check in the mail.
  • We are booking Susan Haas for hours of harp music on her concert harp. Additional hours, past 2 hours, will be $100 per hour, pro-rated by the half hour at $50/30 minutes. Overtime, beyond the contracted amount, is charged the same. The travel fee is $     (if applicable) .   • FURTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS

    In order for us to provide you with an optimal performance, please note the following:

    **The harp must be placed on a stable, secure, flat surface. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that such a place exists in your chosen venue. If there is a sprinkler system, the client must ensure that the venue does not water immediately before set up time for the harp. The harpist may choose to provide a 4’x5’ surface to provide for these conditions if there is any question as to suitable dryness or security for the base of the harp.

    **The harp cannot be placed in direct sunlight on a day above 85 degrees -we can provide a 10’ x10’ white canopy if this exposed condition exists, provided the canopy can installed securely and no windy conditions exist.

    **The harp cannot be exposed to rain, mist or extreme weather conditions such as high winds- for rain or mist, the canopy mentioned above will be used , except in the case of high winds in which case playing may be impossible.

    **If an additional musician of the client’s choosing is added to the event with the expectation that the artists will coordinate entertainment, the contract will be voided and the rate will be reassessed.

    **If under any circumstances the musician is unable to fulfill their contractual obligation, the fees already paid shall be refunded or the musicians will do all that is reasonably possible to find you a qualified, professional substitute and transfer the initial funds to them directly.

    **If the event is postponed beyond 60 days, a new contract will be required.
