True North Aid believes that Reconcilation in Canada will be acheived through self-education, meaningful dialogue, and action.

Becoming Kin Retreat provides an opportunity for individuals, faith organizations, academics and the corporate sector to engage in hard conversations in a good way, and in a safe environment.

We do our best to balance stewarding donor dollars effectively with providing invaluable and accessible reconciliatory opportunities.

And we understand that, we too, must invest in this necessary education.

If you have the means, please consider helping us off-set the true cost per person of this event. Thank you.

Please note the following:

The cost of this retreat includes accommodations, meals, facility use, linens and programming.

- The registration fee is fully refundable before:

for Ontario, 50% refundable after March 1, 2023.
for British Columbia and Nova Scotia, the registration fee is fully refundable before August 31, 2023, and 50% refundable after September 1.

- Each retreat experience is capped at 30 participants.

- One week before your retreat weekend you will receive an emailed itinerary and a list of items to bring for comfort and learning.

True North Aid and retreat guests will respect and model the health protocals of all venues including, but not limited to, mask wearing if required.
