Summer/Fall Season (Pre-season trainings: July. Competitive season: August, Sept, Oct, November)Winter/Spring Season (Pre-season trainings: December, Christmas vacation, January February. High school improve season: March, April, May & June)
I understand that my registration is on a seasonal basis. I understand that this seasonal registration is updated on an ongoing basis to facilitate the continued training of registered players so that they do not have to sign this document each season. This means that if a player wants to retire or stop training, his parent/guardian must notify his retirement before the start day of the next season on a mandatory basis. This means the player to leave must notify before the new season starts (that means I have to notify before December 1st to not renovate Winter/Spring or notify before June 1st to not renovate Summer/Fall) to administration (Andrea Reinhold 770-778-3658 Info@VinotintoAcademyFC.com) so that his "US Youth Soccer" Card ID can be released. I understand that if the new season starts the player is automatically registered and continue with the trainings, without having to sign this document every season again (if the player stops attending by personal decision and not by our academy decision the season registered must be paid in full). I understand that if I decide to do not continue the next season, I MUST send a notice and administration will send me a proof receipt. Just a text messasge is fine.

I hereby grant permission to allow my child to participate in activities (soccer) as sponsored by the Vinotinto Academy. Furthermore, I hereby release the Vinotinto Academy, it’s officers, agents, and coaches from any legal or financial responsibility resulting from actions of, or injury to my child while engaged in any or all of these sponsored activities (i.e. practices, games, competitions, recreative activities). I also certify that my child has NO HEALTH OR PHYSICAL IMPAIRMENTS which will hamper his/her ability to perform as a player/cheerleader or cause his/her participation to be unsafe to themselves or other participants.
