Please fill out this form if you intend to participate in the 2024 Winter Clinic trial sessions during the week beginning 8 Jan. We are running the following trial clinics open to both member and non-members on the following days next week:

Monday 8 Jan: 4:30pm-5:30pm

Tuesday 9 Jan: 4:30pm - 5:30pm

Thursday 11 Jan: 4:30pm - 5:30pm
