    Reason for variation

    SIT40516 - Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery qualification has been superseded and replaced by SIT40521 - Certificate IV in Kitchen Management from 9th June 2022. All current students who do not complete the superseded course by 10th June 2023 would be transitioned to the current release of SIT40521 - Certificate IV in Kitchen Management.
