We would like to first acknowledge that our cancellation/rescheduling policy has been developed to not just protect our time, but yours.
By the time you make it to the screen, the majority of the work has been done starting the week before.
Just as important, we are addressing the mental set around your sessions. What does it take for any goal? Consistency! We truly know that as hard as it is to show up to every single session, it’s worth it. As you will soon see, the only regret is missing what will set the time of your day and life by showing up regardless of circumstance.
A hard push on a day you just don’t wanna. That alarm went off and that bed is so cozy. Yep!!! We know those voices are strong.
Guess what! Your trainer has put in the work and your goals big and small depend on it. This is how we hold you accountable.
You do have an option to get your workout in if you should have to miss.
Your option is a virtual session ‘to go.’ We call it the "Uber Eats" of training sessions. It’s the same thing, just delivered to you on your time instead of our scheduled session time.
You will get videos of the exercises performed with the session you missed as well as your specifics for the amount of weight you use, the amount of reps you have and a complete list of equipment needed. We have a lot of clients that love this method of training and so long as you are accountable to this session, it’s a great way to balance. Yes, we have our ways to hold you accountable with us as well.
With this, we require a minimum of 24 hrs to shift or cancel your session time.
If you have to move your session, we will do our best to accommodate where our schedules allow, or give you the option to train with one of our other KD Elite trainers or the virtual to-go session of videos.
No worries. We’re humans with big hearts and resources to adapt and make all the magic happen.
