  • Why Complete a Relationship Health Check?
    Better Relationships, Better Business

Relationships—whether internal or external—vary in importance and performance. Understanding their quality and how to enhance them is critical to business success. Just like a personal health check, it’s essential to periodically assess the wellbeing of your business relationships to identify potential issues before they become significant problems.

Ailing relationships can feel like they’re stuck in crisis mode—plagued with miscommunication, frustration, and poor performance. On the other hand, healthy, robust relationships are marked by engaged, motivated people who meet challenges head-on and thrive through collaboration.

Relationship management isn’t just important—it’s essential. Strong relationships drive better performance, improved communication, and lasting success. The RHC helps you determine where to invest resources and effort, and just as importantly, where not to.

👉 It’s not worth investing significant time and resources in a relationship where the customer doesn’t see the value in a stronger partnership. Instead, focus your efforts on those who genuinely value and benefit from a deeper connection. 👈

    What Can You Expect?
The Relationship Health Check survey consists of just 20 questions and takes around 10-15 minutes to complete.

The survey will ask you to evaluate the Current State of your customer-supplier relationship and then outline what you would like to see as the Desired Future State. Once responses are collected from multiple customer contacts, the tool provides a clear, prioritised list of action items—giving you the roadmap to building healthier, more strategic relationships.
